Specialist Homelessness ServiceFull Time until 30th June 2026Two positions available  About the OpportunitySamaritans Youth Homelessness Support Service provides person‑centred, collaborative support to young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. As a Case Worker, you will work with a diverse group of young people who require varying levels of support as they work toward securing safe, stable and sustainable housing.In this role, you will assess individual needs, develop tailored case plans, and coordinate wrap‑around supports to help each young person achieve their goals.
